Social Security Card

Drivers will need an Eligibility Receipt from the Secretary of State. Please stop in their office and they will issue it for you at no charge. A birth certificate is also required by the Secretary of State in order to take your CDL tests.

Make sure you remember your log in information! You will need to come back to your application to complete other tasks during your training process!
